I was planning a party on the solstice and just as I realized I was potentially lacking dishes, these came up on a well-priced sale. Arrived just in time to wash and set table. I trust Mikasa strength and quality. The watercolor forest elegantly frames the plate: very fitting for everyday western Washington use and suitable for Christmas as well. Need to buy another set for eight place settings!

This dish set arrived in perfect condition. Very well packaged. The forest design of Mikasa china is just beautiful! I have coorinated it with a pretty tablecloth to use for our winter tablescape. Mikasa china is light weight yet very durable. There's a bit of the design inside the mugs and bowls which is very classy! These are going to be a delight to use!

Always a risk of shipped dishes showing up broken. I guess I got lucky with a perfect set. Exactly the dishes I was looking for to use during the winter months: elegant without being feminine or stuffy, versatile for both holiday and everyday use, and aligns with the theme of my living and dining rooms.

Beautiful! We bought these for our rental cabin and not only are they gorgeous, but they’ve held up to the dishwasher without losing any detail/color and I even accidentally dropped one and it didn’t break. Love this set!
