I will continue to use this on a daily basis. I've used other products from ISHA over time which helped improve my overall health. Unfortunately the jar's vacuum seal had been broken in transit despite that it had a clear platic wrapping on the lid. Could've happened with extreme weather or pressure changes. When I fully opened the jar, it was obvious it had been spoiled because of the bad odour. It is important, as with any jarred food product, to make certain that it *pops* when twisting off the jar lid. In this case it didn't because it lost it's vacuum seal as you can see in the attached photo. I fully opened it the moment it arrived and the product's content had already came into the inner sides of the lid also indicating a broken vacuum. The exchange process is different, must speak with desertcart to get an desertcart credit, which desertcart promptly did. Instead of taking a risk of getting another damaged jar, I opted to order ISHA tea instead of which I'm happy with. I'll likely re-order this product directly from ISHA. That's what I have been doing and it stays well. Just make sure to keep the lid closed tight to prevent it from drying out. I don't use it as traditional "jam" but eat a spoonful by itself. **Q: Why does the description say sugar-free if it has sugar? (label)** A: Hello, the Jam does not contain any additionally added sugar. The label shows sugar from natural ingredients that goes in the making of the jam. **Q: Some questions: 1) does it pass ca prop 65 test limits for lead, arsenic etc? 2) is the honey cooked? 3) why does label show 0% fat, even with ghee?** A: There is no ghee in this recipe nor any honey.
