We've been using Biotene for years due to dry mouth symptoms. It's mild and doesn't burn but works well. It doesn't foam and has a decent texture. The toothpaste is a little expensive, but it's worth the price if you have dry mouth issues.

Biotene products are truly remarkable. My photo shows that I use their toothpaste, oral rinse, and moisturizing spray. You'll see only a very few 1- or 2-star reviews posted online, and some of those refer instead to packaging or shipping dissatisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Biotene products, especially the moisturizing spray. I use it infrequently, sometimes while I might awake during sleep time, and then rarely having dry mouth feeling. These products are really worth trying—they're genuinely impressive.

Am a first time user of this toothpaste. Very gentle to mouth and mouth feels fresh after use without a strong taste. Gentle is the word and is what I needed. The formula works well with the composite bonding I had on few of my teeth.

This toothpaste is great for anyone but if you have dry mouth it really helps. It cleans my teeth very well. You don’t need to use a lot of toothpaste. It tastes good.

Because my wife has Sjogren's Syndrome, her mouth is extremely dry and very sensitive. Most toothpastes burn her mouth. Biotene toothpaste does not burn her mouth. The mint taste is mild. It cleans her teeth and gums. The fluoride provides additional protection. She recommends it to anyone with dry and / or sensitive mouths.

This is a really good toothpaste with a light mint flavour. Very good for those suffering with a dry mouth problem. Works well with the Biotene Moisturising Mouth Gel. Would definitely recommend to anyone with that problem. It also has a lower Fluoride content which can be a problem for some people. The only problem is that it is sometimes difficult to get hold of
