I purchased a King sheet and have a lot of play room even with a thicker mattress. I also purchased a Queen set for my daughter and they run a little big but nothing bothersome about it. So, my daughter and I put them on at the same time so we can compare stories on how we felt after sleeping on the grounding sheets. First night we both felt we fell asleep much faster but nothing else. Second and third night, we both fell asleep faster and noticed we did not wake up tossing and turning as we had been. We both noticed a lot me detailed dreaming. Hers were crazier than mine, but I am not contributing the dreams to the sheets. I really did not have body aches or have any stiffness prior to using the sheets so it's hard to compare. Overall, they are comfortable, but not sure I feel it was worth the 99 dollars for just a sheet.
