I got my package and the bottle is broken and dried up.** A: Definitely return your item. Mark it as defective. **Q: Where can i find a refill for this product?** A: Our Renuzit Adjustable Air Freshener Gel is disposed of once the product is fully used (evaporated). **Q: What happened to the Renizit quality? I see a lot of comments that the smell doesn’t last? Are 6 packs these knockoffs?** A: I don't know about the "knockoff" question, but the flavors I bought still smell good, the only issue I see is that they are slightly evaporated already, probably have been sitting in a warehouse for awhile. But I was buying what I can't find in stores anymore, so I didnt mind. **Q: How long does it last** A: Depends on size of area and the air flow. The one in my living room lasted less time then the one i put on a shelf in a small alcove.
