I've been able to increase my weight to 100kg and I know it'll support higher as I get stronger. I was a bit concerned that it would hinder range of motion but I've not had that issue.

Bought this pad as hip thrusts were getting too painful. This is the perfect solution. It fits the bar really well and helps to protect my hip bones from bruising. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant bit of kit

I never write reviews as I simply cba but this I feel the need to as it was a game changer. The foam pad in my gym is too think so I have to use a mat rolled up as well where as this is so thick and stays in place, I can go heavier and not get hip bruises anymore. The only negative is it is so long, it doesn’t fit in my gym bag so I keep it at the gym.
