I specifically need a kitchen tap for LOW pressure application and the advert did not make it clear that this tap will only work if your water pressure is high - just the opposite of what I was searching for. I had an email from the seller post purchase, which first alerted me and now after returning the item have been sent an installation video which specifies in upper case font that you must not use the tap if you need to service low pressure. I see other purchasers found the same issue and experienced dreadfully poor flow from the hot side. For this reason I can't comment on the application of the product. What I can say is that the tap arrived in a specially fitted box and looked to be of good quality, so if it was suitable would probably have gained more stars. I finally found another tap on Amazon which specifies it is a low pressure tap working from 0.1bar through to a top pressure of 5 bar, so have ordered that instead.

Wonderful product great to look at and works well except for 1 issue and its quite a big one the flexi pipe for the cold water has a bend in it stopping the water flowing properly I have to constantly adjust the pipe to get full flow it's very annoying

As a kitchen/bathroom installer and plumber I have fitted many similar taps over the years and I can tell right out of the box that this is a decent quality product. It is a great tap, beautifully engineered and designed from quality materials and the lovely brush pale gold finish is of an excellent standard. Nicely designed, this tap has been well thought out with great features and looks clean, sleek and modern. Everything you need is in the box including very clear instructions. Installation should be quite straightforward but do be sure you have room below the sink, in or behind the cupboard below, enough clear unimpeded space to accommodate the free movement of the retractable spray counterweight which when attached must, using gravity, be able to freely fall enough to fully retract the spray tube.
