It's a relatively compact toothbrush head, which is good for people with a smaller mouth. The bristles are on the soft side, but do a great job on the surface & along the gums. It's fine for people who regularly floss or use a waterpik, but they don't get in between teeth as well as the more expensive Sonicare heads.
