Amazing to use on clients and myself.
Great product really sturdy. The materials used make it grip skin/clothes and wall/floors delivering a great massage/flush/release on every muscle. Love all the RAD range - use them daily for myself and my PT clients. Worth every penny 😍

Fantastic Product
This product is great, so much better than foam rolling. Really easy to use and really eases tense spots are sore muscles.

Bin Physiotherapeut und habe es gekauft, um andere damit zu behandeln. Dazu steckt man den Stab durch und rollt den anderen ab. Nachteil: will man wirklich Druck aufbauen, ist es extrem anstrengend. Vorteil ist die kleine Kerbe in der Mitte, damit kann man gut das Schienbein abrollen. Also mir hats nicht getaugt, habe es zurück geschickt.

This is a perfect massage roller. It rolls smooth (nice bearings), materials quality is nice, it doesn't bend or even flex. Initially bought another product (Tiger Tail, which is pretty good too and very popular on a Canadian Amazon, but this one is damn perfect).

Absolutely outstanding device. The perfect placement on all the stiff achey parts. Personal use is the best on your back rolling the kinks out, and having a partner roll you down is even better! I will definitely be purchasing more as gifts no one knew they needed, so seriously if you don't know what to get someone for their birthday or christmas, you cannot go wrong here. (However, I do want to add that as a first time user there is some getting used to. you have to understand this device helps to relieve the muscle of built up tension and toxins so at first the pressure can feel very hard and like it hurts but you really need to relax and breathe through it. the more you do it the more your muscles and body will thank you. And the more they will loosen up and get used to it, if anything you will be calling for it the next time your back kinks up, or your neck)!

It's so much easier to use than a foam roller. You have more control over the pressure, so you don't end up in intense pain like the foam roller. You can work muscles that are impossible to get with a foam roller. It really helps to loosen your tight muscles. While I think it was worth every penny for what it does for me, I took away a star, because it seems a little pricey for what it it actually is.
