Review: Great cameras. - I have been using these cameras for almost a year, and the quality is great, connectivity is awesome. I use my cameras as baby monitors for the dog who gets into things when we aren't home. My kid also gets hurt a lot and it's nice to go back and look at the footage of exactly what they did. High quality. I'm not sure why people are having connectivity issues but i haven't had a single one. I allow my mom access because she lives too far for her to spend time with her grand baby and it's a great way for them to communicate. My kid waves at my mom through the camera. Once my bf had the door open and a man just randomly walked in the house and got cozy on the couch. I was luckily at the doctors because my kid had a fever and I was also sick, and the man just walked in. Glad we had cameras to see the footage of this man. I'd say we benefited alot from these cameras and I will continue to use them. Bought longer cords and sd cards which wasn't much more. Sd cards cost maybe $15 for 3 i think, and the cords were $10 for 4 20ft. I probably should have gotten less footage of cords lol. I got these cameras when they were $40 so it was great value for me. It's easy to set up, easy to use the app, picture is clear. I love them.

I purchased this 4 pack Home Security Camera for monitoring activity in my home when I'm away. The camera is packed with plenty of features. These are easily controlled by using the app on your phone. Setup is easy and will take approximately 30 minutes. These cameras will record continuously or by triggered events. You have the option to pay for the cloud services to view these recordings, events and special features only available with the cloud services. I decided to use my own micro SD card so that I could playback and review my own recordings and events for free. Now this is where I have a big problem, my camera system started getting new firmware updates. After the firmware on these cameras were updated, I started to have issues with the cameras going offline and freezing up. After resetting each camera, they refused to go into Setup mode and will not function. I contacted the seller regarding this and I got was the run around, and endless emails. I was advised to get in contact with the seller off the Amazon platform using my personal email address. I found this very suspicious but I wanted to get this camera issue resolved so I proceeded with this. I got several emails that lead to nothing but useless information and nothing to to resolve my problem with a resolution. The warranty is for 1 year and these cameras gave out on my before that period. Since this seller didn't want to honor their warranty, I chose to contact Amazon and let them handle this situation. If you plan on purchasing these cameras for your home or business, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
