They kept falling out of my ear and so I "adjusted" it per the instructions. Well, that didn't work either. The top and bottom kept twisting and popping out. The only kind of earring that I could possibly say this improved are my small stud earrings. Unfortunately, I wear medium sized hoops and wanted a higher fit as this product advertised! I would definitely return this product if one of them hadn't fallen off the first day I tried to wear them!
