These particular versions of Venture Pal electrolytes are by far the best we have ever tried! Our family consistently drinks electrolytes and we’ve tried several brands, including other versions of VP. However this particular version is by far the best quality and value. We’ve tried 4 flavors of this version and all have been fantastic. They great hydration with authentic and subtle taste. Not like so many other brands out there that taste nearly medicinal. We’ll continue purchasing this version of Venture PAL electrolyte packets, especially when they’re on sale.

These have excellent flavors, no artificial colors, and are sugar free for those of us who have glucose issues. I do find them a bit strong with 16 ounces of water and recommend 20 ounces or more to tone down the flavor profile. I like a mild taste as compared to overly fruity. They are very good at quenching my thirst during the dog days of summer and replenishing electrolytes lost with sweat. They work well after a hard night out also. I love that these come in flavors not usually found in most variety packs. I will be buying these again for sure.

I bought these for the zero grams of sugar and lower calorie options and for someone else who needs more low sugar and sugar free. These taste pretty good to me and I think they dissolve very quickly and better than the sugar option of another brand. I don't think these supplement me personally and give me stamina as much as the sugar option but possibly that's just a sugar boost for me. I do like these and they have a decent price in comparison to others I purchased I would probably repurchase.

YES yes yes. One stick was MORE than enough for a 40oz water. The flavor is really strong, dissolves easily, and tastes great - I got the passion fruit flavor, and it’s pretty spot on. I’ll definitely try more flavors. I have no real way of testing the benefits or hydration qualities, but it keeps me sipping so I’ll take the W. For the price, I think it’s hard to do better.

Fortunately, I estimate each packet contains a maximum of about 4 grams of erythritol. Since I don’t consume any other products with erythritol, my intake is comfortably within a safe range, as I use at most two packets a day, totaling around 8 grams. Stevia, another sweetener in the product, is significantly sweeter than sugar but can sometimes have a slightly bitter or licorice-like aftertaste. However, I find that this product's blend offers a balanced sweetness that is superior to stevia alone. From my perspective, it's much better than using sugar, especially considering the added benefits of being calorie-free and avoiding sugar's drawbacks. Overall, these electrolyte packets are an excellent choice for anyone looking for a tasty, sugar-free hydration solution. With rehydrating ingredients like salt, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins C, B3, B5, B6, and B12, I highly recommend giving them a try!

The flavor is fine, but I'm not able to use more than 1/3 of the individual packets a day without experiencing an urgency to go to the bathroom(#2).
