This is a fantastic little tool. Very high quality? Same with all the accessories. Fixed numerous trolley dents on my car, probably saved the best part of a thousand pounds by doing the work myself. A Paintless Dent Repair would be about £100 per dent.

I read the reviews for this product and the majority (if genuine) seemed to indicate that this was a good and reliable product. First of all the puller itself one of the nuts fell off within the first few minutes which wasn't a great start. The product relays on a small poorly manufactured hot glue gun, if you have ever used hot glue on anything smooth you will know that it doesn't bond very strongly. When you apply the slightest amount of pressure in order to pull the dent it just pops off straight away, i found this using different sized pads and the two types of glue included.

The product itself seems nicely made, unfortunately the glue renders it useless. It comes with two different glue sticks, use dependent on the thickness of the metal. Unfortunately, although the glue does stick to the metal a bit (although not nearly well enough to pull a dent out), it doesn't stick to the gasket at all. I tried decreasing and eventually sanding them a little to improve grip, with no improvement.

I watched the youtube videos first. I tried the product many times as per video. Useless. I've had to pay for the dent to be removed professionally.
