The vacuum started pulsing months ago, called tech support, they put me though all the steps (that are on the website for "fixing" the problem) and it still pulsed and stopped working within minutes. I changed the battery, that didn't fix it, so last ditch I ordered these filters and much to my surprise the vacuum works like new. Received them within the Prime 2 day period.
