Good buy. Well made and look good. Easy to use in multiple ways and the various strengths make more useful.

Pull Up / Resistance Bands
These pull up bands are really good. They're stretchy and durable, while also being good for resistance training. It also comes with a manual that gives exercises you can perform with the bands. They came in a travel bag, so it's easy to carry around when moving from place to place. It also was not too expensive so I'd say it's worth the price.

Band in Hand
I bought the band that goes up to 125 to help me with pull ups. It was exactly what I needed. I like that I could buy one band and not multiple. It was delivered quickly and I have been using it with no issues.

Very functional but misleading weight numbers
I use these as pull up assistance bands, and they’re good for that, but the weights labeled in the picture and item description cannot possibly be right. The green band is supposedly over 100lbs of resistance, but then a six year old girl was able to grab it and pull it down so she could climb up on it to play, so I don’t really get how that works.

Nice Band Set with a few Extras
It was time for new bands and I’m pleased with the quality of this purchase. It comes with a small instruction guide if you need ideas on how to use them and a nice bag as a bonus that can be used for a variety of things. Comfort, size, and thickness are all as expected.

Perfect for basement home gym!
These bands were a no brainer as we continue expanding our basement home gym. The bands are very good quality and do last for the workouts that we've used them for. Typically we use these bands as support for the pull up bar. They provide really good assistance and I am never worried that they will snap since they feel very durable. You could even incorporate an upper or lower body workout by using a beam in the basement and I still would not be worried about the durability of the bands. For the price, they were 100% worth it and they hardly take up any space which is an added bonus!
