It's rare that I write a review but for this one I felt the need. Let me start by saying I am one who investigates products before purchase and this one was a great purchase. I am just about finished the tube and I must say this product has worked nicely! Like all products, some may not work for different types of skin but I had no issue and saw a difference after a week of use. 90% of the time, I use it with a waist trainer during workouts, and 10% when not in the gym. It seams to work best if you put in some work e.g. gym, walk, run, etc. in conjunction with a good healthy eating lifestyle. I am down almost 2 pants sizes after using this for about a month. I will be ordering another tube shortly and recommend this item.

Amazing product, LOVE IT. You can feel that it is acting right away, follow the instructions, and it will work. Some people have sensitive skin, and I guess that is why they get redness. Love this product—you can definitely feel the heat, especially during workouts. It works great for helping shed a few extra inches and really targets stubborn trouble areas. I do wish it were a bit more affordable, or that you received two tubes for the price, but overall it’s been very effective.

Word of caution- i am not allergic to anything and have never had a bad reaction. The slight reddening of the skin was an understatement for me. Anywhere the cream touch including my arms and hands turn bright red and began to burn within a few minutes. I washed it off with soap and water and applied an aloe cream for burns. Ultimately, I had to apply a burn cream, a burn cream because the burning sensation would not stop. It’s been three hours in the burning sensation has mostly stopped, but my skin is still red and inflamed. I can’t have any clothing rubbing against it, which is difficult considering that it’s on my abdomen as well. Recommend testing a small spot before you apply in a larger quantity.

Not sure how I’m supposed to feel but I’ve been using over a month and haven’t noticed any difference other than not being dry. Seem smoother.

It burnt my skin, it got all red and I was in agony, DO NOT USE IT. It is dangerous. I required a cortisone treatment to fix my skin. I never get allergies or skin reactions but this cream actually hurt me.

Nutze das Gel vor dem Training. Trage es am Bauch und an den Seiten auf. Regt die Durchblutung an und riecht angenehm. Aufpassen beim auftragen, das ihr es beim vertreiben nicht an den Unterarm bekommt, denn jede Hautstelle wird rot und warm dadurch. Ob das Sixpack dadurch schneller kommt, weiß ich nicht. Gibt ein gutes Gefühl und ich glaube ich würde es auch wieder kaufen.
