Attaching the strap was a pain and takes several trys. The big issue is everytime you turn on the device you have to change the units from meters to feet. There is no permanent settings. It has good features like measuring distance, area (Square feet and Linear feet) It claims to be “self calibrating” but I think that might be what causes a different measurement every time. Another problem I have with this is the fact you have to turn on the device, switch to Feet + Inches(the measurement I need every time), then I have to switch the measurement from the front of the device to the back.
