Teslong TD500 6.5mm Articulating Borescope with Dual Lens Endoscope

I recently purchased the Articulating Borescope with Dual Lens Endo, and it has quickly become one of the most useful inspection tools I own. The build quality feels solid and professional, and the articulating camera design makes it much easier to inspect hard-to-reach areas compared to standard borescopes. The controls are intuitive, and the device feels durable enough for regular use in automotive, mechanical, and household inspections. The dual-lens feature is especially helpful because it allows both forward and side viewing without needing to reposition the camera constantly. As a professional auto tech, this thing is the best. Ive had it over 2 years and it will still beat out the major name brands for 1/4 of the price. The articulating thing works awesome to check valves and see coolant intrusion. I will definitely buy another one, everyone in the shop wants one.

FANTASTIC borescope! The Articulating Borescope Model TD500 in 6.5mm with front + side view cameras works great! I really really liked all the beware statements - bent or over-coiled and operating temperature. I ESPECIALLY liked the big warning sticker around the probe cable. All that helps remind me to be more careful b/c I'm clumsy. The 2 add-ons - the hook and magnet - included in the package fit the 6.5mm probe end great, just be careful unscrewing the bore end (very narrow band around the front camera). I really thought about the 3.9mm borescope model but the user manual stated those add-ons do not work with 3.9mm scope, so choose your diameter wisely. The 2 cameras model is very helpful - front + side-view AND you can switch between either front + side + combined(split front+side) picture on screen! Great product, exactly as described, very maneuverable, great price for a great quality product on my budget, great picture, and shipped next day!

For the price when on sale its a decent product. I like the dual view and the articulating head. The articulation could be a little less resistant feeling. But it works and gets the job done. Make sure you find and get the smallest diameter line possible so it will fit many different bore sizes.

Small enough to fit in the fuel injector nozzle hole of a Ford 7.3 liter power stroke engine. Screen clarity and photo clarity is not as good as a Google Pixel 9 cell phone (oops...that's sort of the standard now) but decent. Sometimes the buttons yield incorrect commands. Having to twist the camera flex cord around to see 360 using side camera is very very awkward. 2 cameras, one on each side would be incredible but not possiblee at this price point.

I love the articulating head and dual cameras. I am definitely glad to have chosen the model with these features, even though it was a little more expensive. I've had a screenless USB borescope before, which required plugging into a phone or a computer, the convenience of the built-in screen on this one is also great. I have used this borescope to: - examine the carbon buildup on the valves on my direct injected 3.5 Ecoboost, just by removing the map sensor - diagnose a clogged injector on my 1.6 Miata by feeding the scope down the IAT valve opening - pull speaker wires through the walls - find a plumbing leak inside a wall The list goes on. I love this thing, worth every penny.

Well designed, works as described, good battery life, comes with a great case with clear instructions how to store the "snake" without damaging it. Image/video has good resolution. I inspected the cylinders in my old truck and could see the honing pattern on the walls. I use it for much more than DYI automotive work to get into tight spaces inside the walls in our house.

Fantastic scope. I have made a lot of money off of this scope. Crystal clear picture in my opinion. Articulating camera can easily see things that I couldn't before. Very happy. Downside would be that I don't think the lens is replaceable. You just have to be gentle with it.

Bore scope with 1/4" end. I bought it to look inside engines and it works very well. The view is crystal clear with good focus and lighting. Much, much better than the scopes which connect to your cellphone. For more money, you can get this scope with a 1/8" end which would be better for gunsmiths. For an engine shop, I picked the right scope. Excellent product.

Great camera for the price, very easy to use. The 3.9 mm lens is more than small enough to fit in tight places. The double lens option is a must have, it allows a greater option of angles for viewing so you’re not putting too much strain on the articulating head. I was a little disappointed that the wifi function doesn’t allow you to share photos taken on the unit to your phone, It’s either or. Photos taken on the camera remain on the camera, and photos taken from your phone stay on the phone. I also wish that you were able to flip the image more than just upside-down or right-side up. Other than that I am very pleased with this camera. I have only used it a handful of times so this may change, but as of now I approve.

I use this thing all the time, fits down spark plug holes and in tight places. The articulating head lets you see valves clearly as well as reducing the amount of spinning the tool around to get a view of something in a tight space. Make sure the cord is as straight as possible for the articulating feature to work smoothly but that's the only quirk. Battery life is good and lights are really bright. Worth the cost in my opinion as a snap on equivalent is 2k.

This is one of the best scopes that anybody can buy. Taking pictures, recording videos and sharing the screen with your tablet or phone are great features. The diameter of this bore scope is 6mm which is thin enough to get into cylinder through the spark plug hole. There's another model of this brand with 3.5mm diameter but I preferred to buy this one because of the camera quality. This model has 2 Mpixels camera and it's dual camera while the thinner version is 1Mpixel camera and single. It depends what you need. I'm pretty sure the thin version has an acceptable quality as well.
