Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolytes, Variety Pack, 16 Count

These are incredibly useful! My husband does lawn work and this keeps him hydrated during and after a day outside in the texas heat. They also help me (just because I'm not great at drinking as much as I'm supposed to.) Even though I don't think theyre supposed to help with your brain function or necessarily give you energy, I feel like these help me think clearer and give me energy. (That may all be in my head, but it seems to be a consistent result for me at least for whatever reason.) Not to mention theyre delicious!

I’m really glad I tried this variety pack. It’s the perfect way to test out different Liquid I.V. flavors without committing to a single one. Passion Fruit was my personal favorite, and they all taste much better than standard sports drinks. I noticed a real difference in how I felt during my runs and workouts—definitely more hydrated. The sticks are super convenient for travel and mix perfectly without leaving any grit at the bottom. 5 stars!

Tried out this Liquid IV after looking for something to get in some extra hydration and it works well, tastes similar to other sports drinks with a slight salty taste but it doesn't taste powdery or weird. Passion fruit is my favorite.

Great for feeling better when you’re sick, hungover, dehydrated, or just craving something sweet! Always keep this on hand. You never know when you’ll need it.

Big fan of these. I'm on medication that can be dehydrating leading to really bad headaches daily. It's always been hard for me to drink a lot of water but I love the Strawberry and Passion Fruit flavor so much it makes me look forward to getting another bottle in (Lemon lime is good too, Tropical Punch is surprisingly very blah). But, it comes out to $1.75 a pack which seems a little pricy so it's hard to justify having them on a daily basis. If the pack came with 24 or even 20, not 16, it would feel worth the almost $30. I'm pretty loose with my money (stupidly) so for me to think it's a little pricy says a lot I think. You can still get decent hyrdratioin benefits by using half a packet so I might try that out and see how I feel. Regardless, very glad I decided to try them.

I swear by these things! Living in Florida, I’m constantly dehydrated no matter how much water I drink. I usually drink one of these in the morning to help wake me up and kick start my hydration for the day. It gives me the energy I need to get going, and tastes very good as well.

These are the reason I’m drinking more water. I don’t drink anywhere near what I should drink a day, but now I drink more. To me flavor water is more encouraging to drink than plain. Mixes easily and fast, and I’m more hydrated than normal, because I like the flavors.
