I was intending to return this product as, although it is a fine monocular, it is impossible to connect it to my Pixel 7 phone / camera. However, I am persuaded to keep it, as it is an incredible piece of kit for the money. I have owned a superb pair of Canon binoculars costing circa £900, which is bulky and only suitable for specific bird watching trips etc. This monocular could be carried in the inside pocket of a jacket, so it is suitable for taking to the opera, or Wimbledon, where you have booked a seat in the gods! The ability to zoom in and out adds to the appeal. I expect to take it on my frequent country walks, in a coat pocket in winter months, and attached to my belt in the summer, using the carrying case supplied. It is so light and compact I will probably forget I've got it (until a rare bird appears!).

Been thinking about buying this for some time and finally did. I find it really comfortable in the hand, the optics are really clear, and it's not too heavy. It is a lot more powerful than I expected, even though the description told me! The carry case is adequate and has a belt loop, but it's not something I'll use except for storage, because it fits ok in a jacket pocket. The padded hand strap is easily fitted and makes holding the device a bit easier. The only downsides are: 1. the phone adapter lines up easily with the phone camera lens, BUT it moves easily when attaching it to the monocular, even when really tight. 2. I can't use it with my glasses on because I can't see anything! Saying that, however, my wife uses it with her glasses on and sees fine! So whether it's because I wear varifocals and my wife has bifocals I don't know, but I just take my specs off and it's all good. 3. When zoomed right in, the tiniest movement shows. This, however, was expected and I either use two hands, prop the device against something, or use a tripod. Not really a downside, just a warning. Anyway, I'm glad I bought it, for the price I think its brilliant. I've attached a pic of the moon which I took through it and although a bit blurry, I have to say that was me touching the phone (bluetooth shutter button on the way!)

Recently brought this lens to enhance my safari/wildlife photos while in Uganda! At first it took some time to get use to it, and my hand was not steady, and I struggled to see the phone screen due to where I was angling the lens for the animal shot, so not always a crisp focus, but due to nature of my trip I couldn't use the tripod, which im sure would have help a lot... also was never sure which lens to use on my phone (samsung 24)! However I totally recommend if you are an amateur photography who just wants some higher quality holiday photos! Backpacking so tight on space and can't afford the crazy prices of a quality DLR and lens!

IPhone 17 pro max was the phone I used I sent this back it so hard to line up with the camera lens and once you do the slightest little knock ur back to square one it was a horrendous experience I was really looking forward to it aswell

The product itself appears very well made, sturdy and fit for purpose (if you DON'T wear glasses!). Unfortunately I had to return mine for a refund because I bought it on the understanding that it was suitable for use by glasses wearers, as per the product description. This information is totally accurate. Unless your eye is almost, on actually in contact with the eyepiece then you won't even be able to see the subject image, let alone focus on it. Yes, I'm annoyed about the misleading information supplied by the seller, however I've still given the product 3 stars because it appears very well made, comes with all the accessories I feel it would benefit from, is very well packaged and I'm sure someone who doesn't wear glasses would find this item superb. So, if you don't wear glasses or only use your glasses for reading etc then I'd recommend this product. If you wear glasses permanently then Unfortunately I'd recommend you avoid this product.

Brilliant beat all expectations

Clear easy to focus optics. Mounted the stand on my walking stick. The belt case is perfect when hiking. Very pleased with this project and accessories.

Ho acquistato questo monocolo senza troppe aspettative, e con già la certezza del reso. visto il prezzo (47€) mi aspettavo una qualità mediocre, beh mi son dovuto ricredere. la qualità costruttiva è conforme al prezzo, ma la qualità ottica, che è poi quello che conta, è a mio parere ottima. ingrandimento progressivo da 8 a 32 molto fluido e ottimamente posizionato il cursore, stessa ottima fluidità per il cursore della messa a fuoco, molto veloce e anche di una buona precisione. al minimo ingrandiento è tranquillamente gestibile a mano libera, poi andando oltre, e specie al massimo, un'appoggio è sempre consigliato, poi tanto dipende anche dalla fermezza della mano. arriva con in dotazione una buona custodia, un laccetto sottile da polso, un cintino sempre da polso ma di tipo fotografico, un piccolo treppiede, ben fatto e solido, e infine un'adattatore per smartphone. allora io ho preso questo monocolo per l'uso a mano libera nei miei trekking montani, ma visto che era compreso, anche se non credo che lo userò mai, ho voluto provare questo adattatore per smartphone, a mio parere si può tirar fuori scatti interessanti, anche se data la preparazione, non è da considerare per l'uso "al volo" ma da appostamento, a riguardo ho messo 3 foto, una con il telefono senza ingrandimenti, la seconda con il telefono montato sul monocolo al minimo ingrandimento, e la terza al massimo ingrandimento. giudizio complessivo personale ottimo, a quella cifra è impossibile avere di meglio.
