For beginners we recommend keeping the string at arms length (shoulder to fist). The shorter you make the string the more difficult it will become. 3. Start by hitting the ball lightly and keep a steady rhythm. As you become better add more power and body movement into the exercise. 4. (Optional) Use boxing gloves or wraps to provide a larger surface area to make it easier to hit the ball. Please let us know if we can do anything else to make your experience better. I think I can fix it with another softer ball that like a stress relief ball if not it is is garbage. sometimes you get burned.
