Good, a little grizzle.

Decent quality but not as good as your organic ground meat, which was very good. The ground turkey was good except small pieces of solid grizzle(minute pieces of bone?) There was not alot of tiny pieces but it is a pet peeve of mine. I received several lbs and was consistent in all of them. There was none in organic ground beef which was very good.
