I’ve ordered a couple of these they go great with the “ammo” boxes I’ve ordered(mostly for crafts, but I put important papers and sentimental things in a couple and these locks are perfect for those or if you want to lock your medication up away from kids that’s also great for that too and the price is great on both the lock and the ammo box

I ordered this lock for my child as this would be easier to open than the rotary style one I grew up with. Sadly, they sent me a defective item as I could not program it and the plastic it was in was already cut open. Likely it was returned and then re sold. I have no choice but to keep it on factory settings as I needed it for the next day and it already came late at night. I am going to start shopping in stores again where quality control is better as customers can see the item in person before buying. Amazon has truly depreciated in customer satisfaction and quality especially for those of us who pay for Prime.
