A: 3  1/8 in  x  220 ft  thermall paper

**Q: Would it work with windows do?**
A: Yes it works window

**Q: Does it has built-in usb with choice of serial, parallel, 0 or ethernet?**
A: No ethernet. Does have parallel and usb. If u need ethernet you will need the ethernet model which is way more expensive. We did set it up with ethernet with D-Link DP-301P+ 10/100TX 1-Centronic Port Print Server. Just plug it in parallel port and connect to router so i can share the printer between several pcs.
