Review: Great fridge - Great fridge, happily holds 3 bags of shopping. Very quiet running.
Review: Dumped and ran away - then cut my hand - Although the delivery is noted as "Parcel handed to resident" this is obviously a falsehood as it is a refrigerator so "handing" would have been difficult - it was in fact the normal desertcart "dump on the doorstep, ring the bell and run away". As this is a refrigerator they obviously couldn't get it through the letterbox. I therefore had to find a way - at 83 - of carrying the large box containing the refrigerator from the front door to the kitchen at the back. Having done - and rested - I then unpacked and found that I needed to change the door to opening the other way. I have done this before with my Lec fridge and Haier freezer but this time it was a challenge as the holes for the changed fixings were filled with insulation which had to be dug out. Finally to add insult to injury, the holes for the top hinge had been drilled from the inside originally and this had left swarf attached to the holes which meant that when the hinge was removed, I cut four fingers on my hand before putting on the blanking cap. Not a happy experience, back to AO.com in future!!

Although the delivery is noted as "Parcel handed to resident" this is obviously a falsehood as it is a refrigerator so "handing" would have been difficult - it was in fact the normal Amazon "dump on the doorstep, ring the bell and run away". As this is a refrigerator they obviously couldn't get it through the letterbox. I therefore had to find a way - at 83 - of carrying the large box containing the refrigerator from the front door to the kitchen at the back. Having done - and rested - I then unpacked and found that I needed to change the door to opening the other way.
