You won’t be disappointed it’s a great rebounder
If you only buy one thing for yourself this year make it the BCAN 48” rebounder! I researched for weeks before settling on this one & I am not disappointed. I use it several times a day as well as other workouts & dog walking. I love it, get the dance tunes on & bounce it’s easy to do 10-15 minutes at a time. I used to run but due to knee injury haven’t been able to. The bungee cords on the rebounder are gentle on the knees & a 10 minute workout is the equivalent of a 30 minute run. Everyone has 10 minutes to spare. It improves overall fitness & is a fun way to get fit & toned.

Great fun
It was quite hard getting the bungees on, but it’s been great fun to use, and I definitely feel the benefits of rebounding for just a few minutes a day. It’s fairly quiet too. Haven’t had to fold it up yet, might prove tricky as the elastic is strong. It’s good

Quite easy to put together, so far happy
I am in the UK, the seller was in America. I ordered this a few weeks ago, and it came before the expected day, so that is a nice thing. It took about 20-30 minutes to put together. I am disabled- I have arthritis and hand tremors, so I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do it myself. It actually came together pretty quickly with very little trouble. The tool is so helpful. See video attached on how to use the tool. It makes an annoying task very easy. I got the 40” but honestly it feels a bit big for me. I think I’d have been happier with the 38” but that was difficult to track down, and it was far more expensive when I did find it. It feels well made and sturdy, but is probably not as aesthetically fancy compared to one of the luxury end rebounders. But so far I’m pretty please with it. There are a lot of videos on YouTube that give free workouts depending on your skill level, so that’s good. I had a brief little bounce on it, it seems quite firm but obviously far less hard than the ground, so I’m hoping this will be easier to work out on. Right now having a little cuddle with my dog and just sitting in it so he knows it isn’t dangerous or scary. Quite pleased with this so far, the only thing I don’t love is the size does feel quite large for me, and I live in a small space. That’s not a failure of the rebounder, just personal preference— but keep this in mind if you order the 48”, it is very big! I will try to update this review after a while to see if I’m still please with it, or if any problems arise. (Picture of whole rebounder with dog toy for perspective on size)

Stabil und macht Spaß beim Abnehmen
Sehr stabil und macht mir Spaß drauf zu hüpfen weil ausreichend platz vorhanden ist...und man kann wirklich angenehm abnehmen .

Fantastisch voor dagelijks intensief gebruik
De groene122cm uitvoering die wij hebben gekocht was na het uitpakken binnen een half uur gebruiksklaar. Eenmaal uit de doos vouw je het in vier delen ingeklapte frame, met de springmat, makkelijk uit en kan je beginnen met het plaatsen van de nog ontbrekende 'bungees'/elastieken. Ongeveer de helft is voorgemonteerd door de fabrikant en daardoor zit de springmat al helemaal op zijn plaats. Het aanbrengen van de 'bungees'/elastieken vraagt dus ongeveer een half uur. Met het meegeleverde hulpstuk gaat dat erg makkelijk. *** Let daarbij goed op hoe je de 'bungees'/elastieken monteert *** De 'lasverbinding' van de bungees MAG NIET op het frame of in de haak aan de mat zitten. *** Kijk goed hoe in de fabriek de voorgemonteerde bungees zijn geplaatst *** Eenmaal klaar met de montage van de bungees, schroef je de zes poten aan het frame en draai je die goed vast. Als je de rebounder op een vloer moet plaatsen die niet helemaal vlak is, kan je één van de meegeleverde ringen in een poot leggen als dat nodig is. Onze ervaring tijdens DAGELIJKS intesief gebruik is fantastisch! * Groot springoppervlak met de juiste spanning/demping * Niet te hard en niet te soft voor een comfortabel gevoel tijdens het springen * Zeer geruisloos tijdens het springen * Ontzettend stabiel tijdens intensief springen
