This is a very good workhorse of a computer. Fast, easy wi-fi setup and plenty of ports for just about everything. It looked brand new. Still working great.

This was one of my better purchases. The PC's performance exceeded my expectations and I feel I got a great deal. Took me a bit to get it set up and it will take longer to transfer files from my old PC but the two or three hours I spent checking it out made me glad I bought it. Super fast shipping as well.

I am totally pleased so far, as it has only been a day. Shipping and packaging was excellent. Installation was a breeze, plug it in, connect to your network, update Windows, and off to the races. A fair price for a good work computer. I found the wireless strong and without issues. The only issue I have is the keyboard. I don’t care for the bright lights that look like a Christmas tree that cannot be shut off, same with the lighted mouse. I would have preferred a basic keyboard and unlighted Bluetooth mouse. Other than that, it is perfect all around. Looks like brand new too.

At this point in time, following installation, the unit is working as it should. The 4 star rating is only for this point in time. I'll try to follow up as time and use progresses. Out of the box, it would only ever arrive at a blue screen instructing me there was a booting issue and it would have to restart. After 5 attempts, I finally got a diagnostic screen and reset the pc to factory choosing "save my files" (as none had yet been created) to save time. Once the rest had completed, the Windows program loaded. A 5- year- old is now watching YouTube videos and learning to use a mouse and keyboard.

Still in plastic (probably rewrapped). But looks like new. Still cleaning off tons of junk from my old tower. So haven't even shot power to it. It has enough ports for my peripherals. I'll try to follow up after I power it up. I'm kinda scared of W-11. I had W-8, thru W-10 on my current tower. EDIT: Got it all hooked up and so far, everything is working. I lost all of my info in the password manager but I'm slowly getting it back in. W-11 really sucks. Virtually nothing is where it should be and finding where they hid it is a real pain. I really think that since I'm 81, I just don't think like the programmer does. Part of being old, I guess. The machine is running smooth, so I guess I'm lucky so far. Caution! do not use cuss words around W-11 it is listening.

Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer. Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

I've had this PC for 3 months and LOVE IT!! Fast and easy set up! runs great! Keep in mind, this PC does not come with Bluetooth or card readers. You may want to purchase a usb hub due to limited ports on the tower. The tower is fairly small. Definitely recommend for the price

L' ordi est arrivé avec du retard. Ce n'est pas grave :) L'installation était rapide car le Windows 11 est déjà installé. J'ai ouvert le boîtier: pas de trace de poussière, bien propre. Ça fait une semaine que mes enfants l'utilise et il marche a merveille. Très rapide. J'avais de la difficulté a repartir le disque dur mais la recherche d'une solution est en cours. Je recommande.

Very pleased with the packaging. Very pleased with the machine. Easy to set up. Does everything that it claimed. First computer with Windows 11. Pleased with that as well.

The refurbished Dell desktop itself is excellent. It arrived clean, runs smoothly, and performs exactly as advertised. For the price, it’s a great value. The only real problem was the wireless adapter included in the box. It struggled to maintain a stable connection from the start, with frequent drops and inconsistent speeds. After a lot of frustration, I replaced it with a better-quality adapter, and the connectivity issues disappeared immediately. I contacted the seller’s AI‑assisted support system about Bluetooth connection to the motherboard, but the guidance wasn’t helpful. It repeatedly gave incorrect advice while insisting the issue was “almost resolved,” even though the root cause was simply not knowing the details about the motherboard. Due to a lack of F USB connection on the motherboard, the plug-in Bluetooth was never going to work. Tip: Don’t plug in the included wireless adapter at all. It installs drivers that are difficult to remove and can interfere with other adapters. Upgrade your Wi‑Fi hardware first, and you’ll avoid a lot of unnecessary hassle. Bottom line: The desktop is a great buy. Just skip the bundled wireless adapter and use your own from the start.
