How long is the screw part?

Approximately 6.5 cm in length bare but 4cm left when the knob is attached

Do they have pointed screws or the type where you need a bolt inside the drawer? Thank you

Not pointed, come complete with bolts and washers.

Do screws come separate and need to be screwed in the knob to install? or are they attached to the knob already? Thank you

The screws come seperately and you put them through the knob and wind a nut to secure them. I have found that they loosen very quickly and you have to keep tightening them up though. Hope this is useful.

Could these be mounted to a wall?

These would need a very strong adhesive to mount them on a wall. But I think it could be done.
