These tools are often unused or used once and then thrown away, which goes against the ethics of MnB Magnetic Bracelets. So our normal advise is that if you need any links taking out of the Bracelet I would suggest that you take it to a Jewellers to be done. It IS possible to do yourself, although extremely fiddly, and whilst I can take the pins out easily enough, I'm always concerned that I won’t be able to get them back in correctly again. If you do want to see how to do it yourself, just search on Youtube for “Bracelet link removal” and you’ll find lots of videos. So on balance, for the very small fee they will charge, it is worth going to a Jeweller or cobblers/watch repair (like Timpsons, but obviously small independent stores are likely to be a bit cheaper). And please do get a quote from them first though, as some can be expensive considering how little they are actually doing! Well made --links can be removed for a smaller wrist. The company is excellent--they are genuinely concerned that you get the best from their product and give free information on magnetism. As to its effectiveness----I have reduced pain and definitely am of a more relaxed mind. The claim is that magnetism reduces anxiety.
