My wife is coeliac and often misses the things she used to eat. The wafer in these is pretty close to the real thing and the milk chocolate is very nice. It's not quite like the real deal, but it doesn't have the gritty texture that GF flour can often have, which is awesome, and the chocolate is arguably nicer than a plain old Kitkat (although I guess that depends what you look for in chocolate). Point is, the crispy wafer snaps and flakes just like a non-GF one, tastes pretty close, and the whole thing is really quite enjoyable to eat. For me as a non-GF person, I really didn't think there was much difference, and my wife loves that she can have one of her fav treats again and not feel like it's just a poor imitation that isn't worth eating, because this one really is a good version of it and definitely is worth enjoying!
