This fit my older Ottlite. It's a floor lamp with a magnifier attached to the stand pole. I don't know the model number, but I would guess is at least 20 years old. Inherited this workhorse from my Mom several years ago. Hope the info helps someone else find the correct bulb.

One tube rattled and did not work. No doubt broken in shipping. Second tube worked fine. The seller immediately offered to replace the broken tube. I do love the light provided by the product. Great customer service.

I have no idea about this product because it didn't work in my lamp. I think that there was something else wrong with the lamp itself, not with the bulbs.

These are bulbs for fairly old lamps (Ottlite) that are either hard to find or no longer made. But they are great bulbs and perfect light (daylight temp) for a desk or nightstand. These bulbs last a long, long time.

There are two generations of fluorescent light tubes: magnetic ballast, and the newer, electronic ballast. OTTLite lamps originally used the magnetic ballast version, and later, updated to electronic ballast lamps. They are not interchangeable, and they have different-shaped white plastic plugs, to prevent inserting the wrong type in the fixture. These tubes work fine in the magnetic ballast lamps. The color temperature is a bit too cool, but otherwise, they're great, at a lower price than the original brand.

This purchase is a replacement for my several years old Ott bulb and what a great difference in the light quality. Brightness has increased many fold and installation was quick and easy. I can't comment on the longevity, as I've just installed the new bulb, but would expect to have a long-lived illumination. A plus--when the bulb does go out, I've got a replacement, thanks to the two pack.

And He said…let there be light! I was so excited when the two bulbs I ordered arrived. I now have two working OTT lights in my craft room. The one lamp has been non functioning for probably 5 years. My third OTT light is supposed to have a fold up and take it with you to conventions. Even from day one, it never held a charge. I will have to see if there is a chance to fix it without waiting five years.

The bulbs that fit in this particular light fixture usually cost 50 dollars each..so I was really happy to find these and they work perfectly!
