Perfect for my hubby’s ReSound hearing aids.

These open domes are the type and size my Audiologist recommends I use with my Resound Omni hearing aids. They fit well on the hearing aid and appear to do the job. The material the domes are made from is soft and flexible which may be more comforting to wear but after about a week’s use they seemed to want to work themselves out of my ear canal and would flip inside out when removing them from my ear. Its not totally a show stopper but you just need to remember to check the dome and flip it back if needed before positioning them in your ear. Overall they they worked pretty good.

These are terrible compared to Resound tips. The tips are much flimsier and tend to pop inside out regularly. The inner ring (that connects the tip to the hearing aid) is much thinner than the original and causes the tip to pop off the hearing aid easily. I had to go to the clinic to get one of the tips removed from my ear after it had popped off the hearing aid while just wearing it normally. The doctor who treated me told me to throw every single one of these tips away so I never use them again. In the comparison pictures the left darker tip is the Resound tip, the right lighter thinner tip is the MicroEar branded tip.

Domes are much larger then than other brands of 8mm domes. They are too large.

Nul, n'est nullement compatible avec resound. Ressort très facilement et reste coincé dans le conduit auditif. J'ai dû annuler ma demande de retour, car pas de retour gratuit et plus cher à renvoyer que le produit lui-même. Fuyez ce vendeur.
