The app installed easily and the first one connected first time, the second took a couple of attempts, but no real problem. Waited the stated 30 minutes before then linking to Alexa, but that was so simple and now they are fully operational, by Alexa. I was aware of the need to install these using 2.4 broadband connection so I altered the setting on my router before starting the installation process, then just returned it to the previous settings and no issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Does not work with BT Hub. *by S***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 March 2018* Arrived quickly, however it would not work with the BT Hub so was useless for me.
