However, it's solidly made and and supports my new 27" flatscreen monitor well. Everything you need is in pack, including various size Allen keys to tighten the joints.I had to set the clamp towards the end of my desk, due to the size of the monitor, in order to centre the screen. You have to angle the arms just right. The joints take a bit of effort to tighten with the Allen keys.Make sure they are tight, or the monitor will 'flop', especially if it's large one.
