A dud and a good one

I bought two last year and now finally tried to use one and it totally failed ..erratic voltage and then hot wire started smoking ..so it never worked...the second one I just installed on the charger project--at idle it charges great with my engine so I rated the 1st one a single star and the second one a five star rating

Nice!

It is very well contructed ,no problems at the time of this review. Can be used for a number of applications for power genaration,if you do use for Diy projects where using an inverter make sure you use a voltage controller and make sure said inverter can input 1500 watts at full revolutions. I used a motor speed controller control the speed you know will determine your wattage output to match you inverter input. Use responsiable,low voltage is far more dangerous than A/C.
