Great for your knees
It saved my knees. The knee pad grips well.

As expected, no unpleasant surprises
I use this to go easy on my elbows doing elbow planks, and to provide friction during the downdogs and lizards etc. Works beautifully! It is very easy to carry. I immediately purchased an additional one to put in my lockers at the studio.

Just enough
If you have bad knees like I do, you probably dread some Asana.. I bought this and love it! I got it in a combo with the map and both are amazing! Just enough padding ease the stress on my knees

Great!
So grippy and great for yoga and Pilates. I bought this mainly to use in my reformer Pilates classes and so far it has been great!

But compared to other Mats is very comfortable. Has good grip, very thin (a +), perfect size for any average height adult.

I use this small mat under my knees and sometimes my hands when i practice yoga. it is helpful but if it were wider and longer i would love the mat and it would be more functional.

“Yoga mat” is actually too small to use. What a joke
This is a joke right? Yoga mats are supposed to fit your entire body on it, this is the size of a mousepad, or a yoga mat for a chihuahua.

Feels like great quality. Comes with a case for carrying. Provides additional cushioning and nice grip so your hands won’t slip doing downward dog.

This little mat is worth every penny! It makes a big difference during my practice as a knee pad, wrist pad and headstand pad. I definitely recommend it, and it comes with a bag to keep it safe.
