Decent seasoning but not my favorite
Seasoning is alright. Gave the sausage kind of a funky taste but not bad.

Easy
I am an experienced sausage maker, and this blend tastes great and delivers with no hassle. The only negative is that the package was for 25lbs and no instructions on how to reduce to 5, I had to do the math and measure. Really a great product.
