The flavour is only on the coating which lasts only seconds until dissolved and it is generic fireball flavour, the gum itself is so bland and flavourless its quite difficult to handle, i expected the flavour to be throughout or at least stick around for a while. For £24 i expected very high quality gum yet you cannot actually chew it properly enough and engage the jaw muscles to make even buying this product for £5 worth it. Complete scam, you're better off buying a leg of lamb which is cheaper than £24 and chewing your way through that. At least then you'll be able to engage all the muscles and get some good nutrition at the same time but with this gum, the more pieces you chew the more of a disappointment it becomes. They're impossible to bind to create one solid bolus to chew, my teeth started hurting eventually and my jaw was not in anyway "worked out" at all. All you can do is make micro chomps to slowly mash the gum as all it does is flatten, even after 15 minutes of doing this chewing on a banana for 10 seconds worked my jaw out more. If you're considering buying this, save yourself the hassle and just don't, you're far better off popping 5 normal chewing gums or eating some meat. The gum is too rigid to manipulate in the mouth, its bland, it does not bind with other pieces of gum, not worth it.

I bought this item thinking for £22 it'll be a great product but turns out after 5 seconds of chewing the taste is gone and your just chewing rubber, and the gum is so hard to chew and dosent work your muscles at all, I feel like I'm chewing on a bone but even then that's he way better than this, complete waste of money

For £24 this is a scam. Taste is absolutely disgusting, and not only that but it also goes away in less than 5 seconds. It also extremely hard before chewing into gum, a bit like a gum ball. After 15 seconds of chewing on it your mouth will taste like nothing, it's disgusting DO NOT BUY!

The flavour disappears in seconds leaving you to chew nothing but rubber. The actual shell around the gum feels awful to bite into like biting a cracking shell of a gobstopper to get to flavourless gum

I read some slightly worrying reviews and decided to try it myself. BIG MISTAKE. Has flavour for the first 5/10 seconds then it genuinely tastes like warm plastic, it’s horrible. Can’t believe the price. Selling these is a scam.

The flavor does not last long but I did not care about that, personally. The important thing is that my jaw was sore the next day after chewing two pieces for an hour or so. My jaw no longer pops when I eat food so I believe this product works in strengthening the muscles of the jaw.
