These Kingdel units are a great value and have served my needs perfectly. I've purchased at least 8 of them over the last few years for my office workstations as well as home use. There's several different configurations of RAM, SSD size and USB/HDMI configurations so we've been able to get slightly different models but all look pretty much the same. Some locations I have mounted them under the desk, some on the wall and others directly to the back of the monitor stands for a really clean look.

I bought this computer to be a (Linux) server, both a file server and a web server. Right out of the box, I was impressed with the materials used for the case. It is in a solid, all metal box. The connectors are high quality as well. I have had the computer in service for about a month now, and it is operating very well. It handles the load with ease. This low-power, fanless computer packs a good punch!

This thing is fine. I like the multiple native comm console ports, makes it easy to set up putty desktop shortcuts without messing with usb drivers. I’ve used a few of them for networking projects so we can have RDP, VsaX, and a mini console server in the MDF for in band and out of band management with a small LTE modem router for backhaul redundancy. Also makes tarp backups easy on site instead of over vpn. Just an fyi it does have windows installed but not licensed, so if you’re thinking it’s $350 add on $120 to have windows pro licensed. Gonna scan for viruses after that other review here that found one. China gonna china I guess.

I've been running this machine at 100% load 24x7 for a a couple of months by now and have only positive things to say. Actually I don't have much to say - it just work and doesn't cause any trouble. It seems very well built, does not overheat under the full load thanks to its substantial heat sink case and is completely quiet. I'll note that I installed Ubuntu 18.04 on that machine due to the headless nature of my application, at no issues from OS compatibility either. Last thought, I found it interesting that the manufacturer makes these mini-PCs with several generation old laptop CPUs. I assume they are getting them from recycled laptops, which is even better, from sustainability/recycling/reuse perspective.

It appears to work as advertised. Unfortunately, the product I received is not the one in the description. There are no serial ports (not a major deal killer, but was planning to use one serial port.) I'm also a little concerned about security. Their website doesn't appear to have a support section, nor a place to download the latest bios/firmware or drivers.

This computer is very feature rich. I loath the fact that most manufacturers have removed all RS232 serial ports. This machine has SIX of them. It supports dual monitors, comes complete with Windows 10 Professional and is very fast. I was not interested in a gaming system so graphics speed is not of importance to me. This machine is perfect for industrial control applications.

Appears well made, worked right out of the box. Numerous communication ports and options. Looking forward to field testing and future purchases.

Runs a bit warm. Needed to reimage since the loaded SW was bloated for my liking including preset user names and settings.
