What happens after you have used the machine pods? will it effect your white wash after??

I always do a empty machine wash too make sure machine is clean, never had any problem, love these dyes gives a new lease of life to my undies

Is this a dispearse dye?

The dye comes in powder form & needs to be mixed with hot water & added to a dissolved salt solution as instructions.

Has anyone used either ocean or paradise blue to dye red fabric purple? I need a red jacket to be purple but dont know which dye to use...

Yes, I have used paradise blue to dye a scarlet jacket purple. The colour was much too intense and a bit muddy. I dyed another red shirt but seriously diluted the paradise blue dye - about a third of what was recommended - and this came out fine. In short, best to dilute and see as you can also do this again if you want it more intense.
