Great Knife Set
This is a great little knife set. High quality and very sharp blades. Will see how they hold up. Bought the still as well. Great for grillers doing brisket, tri-tip, and other roasts.

Hard on the fingers
Good quality and cut well. The only issue I have is the the top side of the blade is cut so square that if you press down there you will leave a small cut in your finger.
