This is my second lamp. I thought I'd just been unlucky with the first but this is the second one to burn out. The component where the bulb connects has burnt and fallen out. This is unsafe, dangerous and not worth the money. The company are impossible to contact.

Arrived on time,the heat is very powerful,clients find it’s great to relieve muscular pain however the lamp doesn’t stay still and moves due to the weight on the head of the light causes it hard to use this could be dangerous if not monitoring it closely.

Over the years I have bought a couple of these lamps. Very easy to use. They give out a lot of heat and can be used as a heater, if one wanted. I am sat at my desk here and it is heating up the space below my desk keeping my legs warm. The problem with most heaters is the noise that they make. This lamp makes zero noise. The main reason that I bought these is for health reason. There are many benefits of infra red light therapy and pain relief is just one of them. It could be a problem using around the eyes and the thyroid, but apart from that, use it anywhere on the body. if the one I have now was to break down then I would buy another straight away. I would definitely recommend this product as it works and is excellent value for money when compared with some of the static ones on the market. The static ones mean you have to adjust your body to suit the position of the lamp. With this lamp, you can sit or lie anywhere and the lamp can be adjusted to suit your most comfortable position.

The machine has been used for 10-15min a day and after just over a month it began crackling and fizzing out and smoke has started coming out of the top…. You can see little blue electrical sparks come out of the top so I’ve instantly turned it off and left it. Not what you expect for £70….

I purchased this product for my mother to use, to help her with her muscle pains. Unfortunately she just started using it, May 2025. After 3 try’s, it blew up, just went POP! Really dangerous, could I please complain and ask how you would rectify this. Thank you
