Yes, it comes with a tiny CD...but none of my computers has a CD player anymore!I've e-mailed the support e-mail address but haven't heard back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Youtube Live Streaming out of the box *by A***R on December 6, 2017* This is the only camera I was able to find that will do RTMP (Youtube Live Streaming) straight from the camera. POE works great, picture looks good, no complaints so far.
