I love my belt. Im a man and I use this for hip thrusts. My butt is literally popping afterwards. You won't be disappointed. Strap on your favorite dumbells and find the edge of a weight bench or even your couch! My set up is I strap two 20 pound dumbells in the straps along with me holding a 35lb kettle, 45lbs resistance band and blood flow restriction bands up against my couch. And it’s quick to take them out when I’m done too. I also sometimes use on shoulders for walking lunges. So it basically saved me money from buying a bar and plates. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not for heavy weights :( *by R***N on January 31, 2024* This will probably work great for weights 20lbs or less, but I stack (2) 35lb dumbbells on my hips for hip thrusts, and unfortunately, they are just too bulky for the belt. They awkwardly tilt, rubbing my legs, and I feel way more of a workout with the weights stacked on my hips than I do to the sides with this belt. The belt is well made, so I decided to give it a shot with the 35lb dumbbells doing front squats (the belt across my shoulders and coming around to the front was the goal), but again the weights are just too bulky. I couldn’t get it right. I would need my husband’s help each time to get that positioned properly, and that would slow down our workouts. Belt closure holds the heavy weights really well.
