Each came in its own boxe and very well packed with no damage to box. Unfortunately, one of the mirrors was shattered. Fortunately, Hamilton Hills sent an email on delivery day to let them know asap if a mirror arrived broken. I did and they responded another would be sent out. It was great to deal directly with the vendor rather than going through Amazon. The replacement arrived in record time and both are up and look great in our master bath. Did not have to return the shattered one. Customer service from HH was excellent.These mirrors are large, just what we needed in a very tall ceiling bath. I was concerned about the edging which is indeed white frosted and not opaque frosted. However, the white glass looks better than a wood frame and will be much more durable as we have hard water than a beveled mirror edge.
