Wire is a bit stiff. *by T***T on Reviewed in the United States on 10 August 2024* I needed a replacement wire for the headshell on my Pioneer PL-514 turntable. These wires fit my Ortofon cartridge perfectly, but the pins on my headshell are just a bit too small for the wire ends. I have a crimper that easily fixed the problem, and gives me tight contact. So, after a few seconds I had all of my new wire ready to install.Installation was fast, and easy after I trained the wire to go where I wanted it to go without putting strain on the crimps. The wire is much stiffer than the original, so you do need to take some care in getting them into the tight space.
