These socks are conductive on their own AND with earthing shoes. I've found that some socks may be conductive on a grounding mat but when worn with shoes they didn't ground. These socks are the winners in my book.

After over a year with these socks, it's time for a new pair! I wanted to be sure the value was there, and it certainly has been. I wear these socks around the house nearly all winter, since I have grounding mats in my bathroom, kitchen, and computer desk. I also wear them to bed to keep my feet warm while still grounding using my grounding sheet.Specifically, these socks are high quality with thick padding on the bottom, and do not stretch out. They wear well.It's difficult to quantify the benefits of grounding, since they are more about what doesn't happen vs. what does. (I.e., "I didn't develop heart arrythmia because I was practicing grounding." No way to really know that.) However, I find that when I practice grounding, my emotions are steadier (including late afternoons), I seem to have more energy, and over the past two to three years, have not developed any health issues, in spite of being "a woman of a certain age."Meanwhile, I will continue the practice of grounding as a preventive measure while the clock continues to turn, and these socks are an important ingredient.

Glad to have a nice pair of grounding socks to wear with my grounding sneakers. Would prefer them in black or brown . The white is gonna get dirty on all the hikes I take

i wear a size 10 mens shoe i think this was a little too small tight. next time i will get Xtra large

When it's cold outside, these work great to keep my feet warmer while I'm grounding.
