Great Installation, Service & Perfect TDS
Great experience with the Native M2 water purifier. The look and design are very premium and modern. Installation process was smooth and the service team was very professional and helpful. My tap water TDS was around 419 ppm, and after purification it comes down to 25–50 ppm which is excellent for drinking. Overall very satisfied with the product, service, and water quality. Highly recommended.

The setup process was smooth and hassle-free. 🏡 Daily Use & Water Quality We use it daily for drinking and cooking. The water tastes clean and fresh, and the multi-stage purification (RO + UV + Copper + Alkaline + Mineraliser) gives confidence about water safety. It works well with regular tap and borewell water. 📱 Smart Features & Maintenance The smart display/app is useful to track filter life and system status. The 2-year service-free promise is a big plus and reduces maintenance worries. 👍 Pros: Very good water taste and quality Multi-stage purification with added minerals Smart monitoring features Professional installation Low maintenance for long term use 👎 Cons: Needs continuous electricity supply to function, so during power cuts water dispensing stops unless you have inverter backup 📝 Final Verdict Apart from the electricity dependency, this is a reliable and modern water purifier for home use. Good product, ease of use and best service
Very good product and their service is awesome. Their installation process is remarkable. The app, Wi-Fi, touch system, purification all are best. One drawback is if no electricity can't take water.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the product and subsequent service experience. My initial impression of your service, based on external ratings, has proven to be entirely inaccurate. There are recurring concerns regarding the product's core functionalities. Specifically, the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) measurements displayed within the application consistently differ from readings obtained using professional tools, often by a significant margin of 40-50 units. Furthermore, the filter health indicator relies solely on a timeline duration rather than actual sensor data. This design choice prevents users from accurately assessing the operational status or effectiveness of the filters. The only functionality observed to operate correctly is the water usage tracking. Regrettably, the customer support experience has been consistently unsatisfactory. I regret having initially provided a five-star rating and a positive review for the installation technician. Shortly after installation, we began encountering multiple issues: the water quality deteriorated with a noticeably unpleasant taste and elevated TDS levels. Most critically, a dangerous electrical shock occurred when my mother attempted to fill a glass of water from the outlet, causing her significant distress. Despite my consistent and frequent follow-ups with both the service team and the installation technician over the past four days, no effective resolution has been provided. Appointments have been repeatedly scheduled, canceled, and rescheduled, often accompanied by internal blame-shifting. The responses received have been largely unhelpful, consisting of generic apologies and various excuses such as "systems are down," "too many issues to handle," "no technicians available," or claims that the issue is "out of scope." Having been drawn to your product by numerous positive reviews and its technical specifications, this is my inaugural experience with Urban Company. Regrettably, the service provided thus far has been characterized by mere delaying tactics and a failure to address critical issues promptly, even in an emergency situation involving a newly purchased product. Amazon's current operational practices are a source of significant concern, particularly regarding widespread issues with product delivery, challenges in securing timely refunds, and potentially problematic product exchange policies. A specific case highlighted a notable discrepancy in refund processing subsequent to an exchange operation. A product originally valued at 1700 INR yielded a refund of only 220 INR upon exchange. Further concerns encompass allegations of misleading product promotions and potentially manipulated product ratings. These reported issues have reportedly led to significant financial detriment and adverse customer experiences. Despite sustained follow-up efforts spanning a 16-day period, attempts to resolve these issues have been unsuccessful, exacerbating financial losses. Consequently, it is advisable for consumers to consult independent third-party reviews prior to making purchases and to exercise heightened caution when utilizing Amazon's product exchange program. Anecdotal evidence suggests that attempts to secure a refund for an exchanged item are frequently unsuccessful, often leading to the forfeiture of the original product without adequate reimbursement. Additionally, customer service interactions have consistently entailed extended hold times, frequently between 30 and 40 minutes. Finally Found the Perfect Purifier
The aesthetic design and purification capabilities of this unit are unparalleled. Having tested multiple water purifiers previously, this is the first to truly meet my requirements. After several months of continuous use, it continues to operate flawlessly.

The best RO I have owned
I chose the Native M2 after dealing with years of random repair costs and confusing AMC terms with previous purifiers. I was worried that the cost of maintaining a smart RO would be higher than a normal RO but the 2-year unconditional warranty was the biggest reason I decided to switch and upgrade. Every part of the RO is covered — filters, membrane, electronics, everything. No fine print or “wear and tear not included” or surprise charges later. For the first time I don’t have to worry about money thinking something might fail in a few months. That peace of mind alone makes the M2 worth it. The purifier itself has been great too. The preset dispensing options are helpful for day to day use with appropriate water flow with good water quality and the app gives complete clarity on what is happening inside the RO. But the warranty is what sets this RO apart. It feels like the brand is actually standing behind its product. If you’re tired of unexpected bills and unclear servicing terms then this model is a great choice. I would say value for money product.
