Amazing
Awesome crutches. If you need crutches, these will not disappoint. They are soo comfortable and gives good support, ,best design ever. So much better than the NHS ones, ( no more shoulder pain) well worth the investment. I know if my knee goes these will support me and stop me falling over. The grips are good to, they have reflective circles on the front of them. Not heavy and easy to use. The flexifoot on the bottom is a great idea. 10/10

Great support , used every day , all day long . highly recommend.
Given NHS crutches. Will be using crutches for the rest of my life , wanted something different so chose this brand . Love the different colour choices , the soft grip , and the angle at the base with the shock absorbing is fantastic. It stops the crutch from slipping on wet surfaces ( unlike NHS ones )I feel so much safer using these and i work 8 hours a day on my feet , really do highly recommend anyone to try these .

Not cheap but good quality
Bought as they were better looking and an improvement on the aluminium ones from hospital. Well made but slightly heavier. Like the idea of the flexible feet which I am sure make them safer although they are easy to use. Can buy replacement flexi feet for a reasonable price which should make them long lasting. More comfortable hand grips as they are shaped and aid ease of use. Reasonable price but good quality and should last a long time

Instruction on how to adjust - Crutches are okay
I ordered these yesterday and delivery was going to be in 3 days, but they turned up today - next day so that is amazing, I can use them straight away. Shame no instructions how to put together - I am new to this so would have been helpful - Here is how I did it, the stick with one hole slots into the one with lots of holes line them up - you will need to remove the bracket as shown in my picture above & it is stiff but does come off, then move the inner stick to desired length and align holes - push the bracket back in - my advice is to do this on one crutch first so you can see on the other one how the bracket was originally assembled before moving on to the next - if that makes sense( the crutches come in two pieces you put them together - they are identical no left and right crutch in pair both are the same with the manufacturer stamp on the left on both - this is how they are suppose to be). One of the brackets on mine does not fully close (*Please see update below) in so the pin does not come out of hole properly, see photo, I even tried with a soft mallet to tap this in but to no avail (time will tell if this means it is not fit for purpose seems to be supporting at moment)The other one is fine. As I have an injured knee I can not return that one to sender plus need the crutches to get about. The black design is simple and much nicer visually than the NHS ones and the foots do absorb better on ground - hard floor indoors - I am yet to try outside - when I do, will send update. The handle is not much different to the NHS ones to be fair maybe slightly softer. I looked at many crutches, these seemed by far the best, the NHS ones lent to me by friend, hurt my wrist and forearms after just a few days, hopefully these will be better. In regards to weight these have the same weight as the NHS ones but others may have a different view on this. I am 5 foot 5 inches about 9 and half stone - placed pin in second hole from top - was unable to adjust the forearm section above as was already on the smallest length slot, my elbow (Wrist to elbow 22 cm length) kisses just above arm bracket so hopefully will not rub, if your length is more then your elbow will bang right on the bracket. Hope review helps.UPDATE: Okay so to my amazement this morning there was a package with another set of crutches from the seller - they did not message just sent me a new set where both pins go okay in crutch (such relief) Wow what a service - I can honestly say I cannot believe they have done this, I will in due course be contacting seller to see if they want the faulty one returned, I can't get about very well at moment but will see if they can get a pick up from my home. Also I have been outside on the concert ground in the rain, and another wow here, these do not slip, plus it is like I am using them on a carpet so much better on wrist and elbows. Thank you to the seller and maker of crutches. Would recommend.

So far I'm impressed
So far so good. I've just need to get used them. Love how quiet they are, not clunking & noisy, the soft cushion with each step due to the flexyfoot . Like the colour too.

Love it
I love my crutch. Had it a couple of years now and it's still in good condition, feels comfortable to use and doesn't make the annoying clicky sound! Very solid buy not heavy. I'm 5ft 2 and can move it up and down between the 2 lowest holes depending on my shoes.

Excellent shock absorbing crutch
I have to say, this was an excellent crutch (I was expecting two, but realised on arrival they were sold singly). I already had a grey NHS one, but using this alongside it was like driving a Ferrari next to an old banger ! The shock absorbing foot really made a difference, and really worked (compared to the noisy, hard NHS one). I cannot recommend this crutch enough (I have osteo arthritis in both knees) and this really helped.

Love it
I have been using mine for over a week now. It has helped a lot with my shoulder pain. The old forearm crutches I used, put so much pressure on my shoulders. The shock absorber in these has helped reduce that stress and pain. I was a little concerned about stability in the beginning, but I am not anymore. I feel more comfortable with this crutch walking than I have in the past 10 years. My only hiccup to this is, I thought it was a pair. But the company contacted me before shipping to ask if I knew this. I didn't, but them reaching out to me to make sure I did understand that goes a long way in my book. Most of the time I only use one, but there are times I need two. Just ordered my second one today. I highly recommend this crutch.
