I'm not sure what the person with the 1-star review was missing, but my fan arrived with plenty of feathers to get the full look in the product photos, and the attachment screws hold them on perfectly in the overlapping pattern. I actually had two broken feathers in my package, and there were still enough to go all around, so they clearly send extra anticipating there might be some shipping damage to the glass. My fan turned out looking exactly like the product photos. While the stunning and unique look was the main reason I purchased this fan (it fits in perfectly with my living room decor, that already had some feather motifs), it's functionality has won me over to this being a wonderful purchase. The fan is pretty much silent at anything less than top speed, and at top speed is still incredibly quiet compared to box and pedestal fans. Despite the quiet, it REALLY moves a lot of air! At top speed, it circulates as well as my 30-inch box fan even though this ceiling fan has a much smaller diameter. I can tell that the controls ensure that there's a ramp-up and slow-down to preserve the health of the motor, so I fully anticipate it running well for years to come. The remote was an easy to install component, and it makes using the fan so convenient. I'm thrilled with this purchase - it's upgraded my living room fabulously, and I would definitely purchase from this brand again!

Bought this for my daughter’s room and let me just say HOW CUTE?! Buy it! The fan has POWER! Great airflow. The remote helps if you stick to the wall to not loose it. There is zero flickering while fan is going. The size is perfect for any bedroom!

HORRIBLE just horrible, I honestly don't understand how this has gotten so many reviews? This has to be the cheapest worst design ever!! First off I thought the flowers would be crystal not some cheap plastic that breaks super easily and are all scratched up with pieces of plastic on the ends you have to break off-They give you a white glove.. lol why? its all plastic. Also, have fun getting all the wire and all the junk to sit under the base to mount to the ceiling, there's so much it took over an hour because the cover is too small for it. The outlets where you screw the light bulbs in were all facing down so we had to bend the metal because otherwise the fan would hit them every time. The base/cover that you screw to the ceiling wont even screw down tight enough so it leaves a gap at the top where you see the wires sticking out. The overall appearance from far away looks decent but when you actually see it there's so many janky things that don't make any sense, like random holes everywhere and the framing that isn't screwed tight enough (see in the attached photos it came that way). & The loud beeping every time you turn the light on is also so unnecessary. The only thing I'd have to say that's decent is the actual airflow of the fan. 1 is way too much already as it is, I bought it for a nursery so I wish it went a little lower, but I don't think I would ever put it on high because I'd be too nervous the plastic blades would fly right off, with how this thing is made.

Love it so far. Fairly easy to install. The directions weren't the best. Example- the remote receiver wasn't in the instruction but we figured it out before we installed the fan into ceiling. Also they provided extra flowers that was helpful since not all the flowers fit on the screw. My husband is going to have to drill 3 of them out to complete the fan. Other than that. Really nice I would recommend a lower watt lightbulb or soft white. The bulbs I have were under the wattage but are very bright.

I bought this for my 1918 bungalow-style craftsman. I wanted a ceiling fan that would go with the Art Deco/Art Nouveau fixtures and hardware I am restoring. The fan is definitely more targeted like a floor fan is; it's small of course, so it doesnt blow around the room. Super nice if you are sitting directly under it. I don't regret it :)

Love the art deco look for our 1920s home. Originally bought plain light bulbs but recommend decorative ones since they are very visible. We went with Edison style bulbs but a candle style would look best. Also, the gold finish is not a bright gold and from across the room it looks like nickel compared to our other fixtures. Not a deal breaker for us though. However, if you want a bright brass gold finish, this isn’t for you.

I love that the flowers are an addition and aren't mandatory. I am obsessed with the gold and how it lights up my room. Easy install, light and bright.

I have had this light/fan for 6 months and at first loved it. However in the last few days the fan runs for a minute or so, then makes a mechanical sound and shuts itself down with a very weird noise and rattle? After some experiments, it seems as though it only happens when the fan is in forward and not reverse? I checked the instruction/installation guide and there is nothing in there nor can I find a way to contact the seller.

Bought this for my grand daughter's room and could not be more pleased.

Looks amazing. Has an annoying "tick" when turned on and off. Super annoying delay when turning the light one - a couple seconds between flipping the switch and the light turning on. But enough to have walked half way into the room still in the dark. The fan is very quiet, which is nice for sleeping at night.
